In accordance with the provisions of French law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users and visitors (hereinafter referred to as the “User“) to the website www.catisys.fr/www.catisys.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site“) are hereby informed of the present legal notice.

Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice.

These are available on the Site under the heading “Terms of use“.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher“.

The Site is hosted by OVH, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 ROUBAIX.

ARTICLE 2: Site access

The Site provides the User with free access to the following services:

  • Obtain information on products and services offered by CATISYS France;
  • Request a product demonstration;
  • Contact CATISYS FRANCE via the contact form.

The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.

The Site is normally accessible to the User at all times. However, the Publisher may, at any time, suspend, limit or interrupt the Site in order, in particular, to update or modify its content. The Publisher shall in no event be held liable for any consequences of such unavailability on the User’s activities.

ARTICLE 3: Information notice on the processing of personal data

The Site ensures that the User’s personal data is collected and processed with respect for privacy in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and in compliance with the applicable regulations on the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, together, the “Applicable Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data“).

The Publisher is responsible for processing the data collected on the Site.

2. Personal data processed

Personal data refers to data that identifies you as an individual. The Publisher may process the following types of personal data concerning you:

  • your name;
  • your professional e-mail address;
  • your company name;
  • your phone number.

3. Use of processed data

The data collected is used exclusively to respond to contact requests from Users.

Under no circumstances will they be passed on to third parties for commercial use.

All this data is stored on the Publisher’s servers.

4. Shelf life

Personal data will be kept for 3 (three) years unless you expressly request otherwise.

5. Rights and freedoms

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data. The User may exercise this right:

ARTICLE 4: Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, signs and all site content (text, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and more specifically by copyright.

The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever without the express authorization of the website operator constitutes an infringement punishable by article L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

In accordance with article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, Users who reproduce, copy or publish protected content must cite the author and source.

The sources of the information published on the Site are deemed reliable, but the Site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.

The information provided is given for general guidance only, and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, the Site cannot be held responsible for any changes in administrative or legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, the Site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained in this site.

The Site cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the User’s computer or any other computer equipment, following use, access or downloading from this site.

The Site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Hypertext links may be present on the Site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, he/she will leave the Site. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.

ARTICLE 7: Cookies

Users are informed that technical cookies may be automatically installed on their browsers when they visit the site.

Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the hard disk of the User’s computer by your browser and which are necessary for the use of the Site.

Cookies do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify anyone. A cookie contains a unique identifier, randomly generated and therefore anonymous. Some cookies expire at the end of the User’s visit, others remain.

The Publisher does not exploit any information that could be used for any purpose other than the technical use of cookies.

ARTICLE 8: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
